The trust started a four-year B.Sc. Nursing Course and three and a half year General and Midwifery Nursing Course, which would lead to a Bachelors degree in Nursing and Diploma in Nursing respectively, and functioning since 2003.. Spacious classrooms, laboratories, library and other facilities are designed, as per the apex body norms. All faculties are highly qualified and well experienced in teaching and in clinical practice.
a. Eben-Ezer College of Nursing
The College stands to function constructively to fulfill the criteria laid down by the Apex Bodies and is approved by the Government of Karnataka, India. The College is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India and is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC), Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC). The College is having an intake of 60 students in each academic year. At present there are 220 students in the College of Nursing.
 
b. Eben-Ezer School of Nursing
The School of Nursing is recognized by the Government of Karnataka and affiliated to the Indian Nursing Council (INC)and the Karnataka Nursing Council (KNC). The School of Nursing is having an intake of 60 students in each academic year. At present there are 180 students in the School of Nursing
